I feel very sad for America. It is almost like it has slipped back a Century. Imagine if the same thing in relation to the racial laws.

Mostly I feel for the women who are caught in a difficult situation at this time.

It should be a woman's choice!

You’re right!! A new DARK AGES is dawning in America, and it’s just the beginning. Worse is ahead. Top court opened a pandora’s box of trouble that’ll take years to resolve – it it ever will be. Civil war may come first.

Warren, in class you speak about the NYTimes front page and how it reflects the most important news. If font size is any indicator, today’s headline of ROE OVERTURNED is important news. And the two photos of the winners and losers says it all. My only hope is that this terrible disappointment will last until November and that this energy will carry to produce a congress full of pro choice democrats. As to comments from the court that the constitution doesn’t cover abortion, it also doesn’t cover how many justices should be on the Supreme Court!

Good observation, Shannon! Not only was the headline huge, but the entire front page was devoted to the topic – and EIGHT more full pages inside the paper. I’m still reading it all.

The ENORMITY of the subject is accurately reflected this way. It will add entire new chapters to future history books, as it should. Today is only the beginning; there’s lots more to come, and it’s worth our attention.

Count me in the percentage that no longer believes these Federalist Society judges actually care about the law or Constitution. This is culture war with teeth.

There is now no denying these people want to end our republic. They just got their wish.

They only get their wish if WE and millions of others let them, Sharon! Yes, they will stop at nothing to stoke the culture war and destroy the country in the process.

But, this will, hopefully, galvanize many more voters to the polls in November who otherwise may have been too apathetic.

It is our only hope. There are more of us than them.
